Understanding Alignments
The first figure shows two sets of descriptions. Set A is quite a common knowledge to all Ballroom dancers while Set B (as stated) is used in Line Dancing. The second figure shows Set A in particular. Both are from ISTD C/W Associate Exam Study Notes.
