The action forward walk turn is used a lot at this level, and the newly introduced action, spiral, can be used as an entry or exiting figure for the others.

*some highlight: many find it's hard to maintain balance in doing spiral, I was told to step slight across foot before turning, try not 'to spiral' the leg, nor 'hold the spiral' for longer than it is needed
